Custom Kitchen
Renovations

A kitchen built around how you actually live.

A great kitchen renovation isn't just about new cabinets and a fresh countertop. It's understanding how you cook, how you gather, and how the room needs to flow. We will build something that precisely fits your home and style.

Trade sequencing

Every trade, in the right order.

A kitchen is one of the most trade-dense room in the house. Cabinet makers, stone templators, plumbers, electricians, tilers, and appliance installers all have to land in the right order, in one tight space. When nobody owns that sequence, timelines slip and the small details get missed.

Every kitchen we build runs under a single Project Manager who knows your layout, selections, and appliances from day one. They sequence the trades and are the one person you call with a question or a change. No handoffs, no "let me check with someone".

Our approach

Detailed scope and straight answers. No hidden costs.

Before we break ground, we walk you through every part of the renovation: materials, labour, trades, permits, and disposal, so you know exactly what you're paying for and why.

Renovations sometimes uncover the unexpected: rot behind a wall, outdated wiring, a plumbing run that has to move. When that happens, we stop, document it, and show you what we found before any extra work begins. You decide how to proceed with full information, not a surprise line on the final invoice.

It's the same standard our whole team holds: do the work honestly, explain it clearly, and treat every home like our own. That's why most of our work still comes from referrals.

Everything covered.
Start to finish.

Below are typical core scopes we offer but are not limited to.

03

Layout Reconfiguration

We move walls, relocate plumbing runs, and redesign traffic flow so the kitchen works for how you actually cook and gather.

04

Appliance Integration

Integrated panels for premium refrigerators, dishwashers, and built-in appliances, properly vented, wired, and finished to match the cabinetry.

05

Tile, Backsplash & Flooring

Hand-set subway, large-format porcelain, zellige, custom mosaic, hardwood, or engineered surfaces, installed with precision and finished to match the rest of the home.

06

Sink relocation, faucet installation, filtered water lines, and specialty rough-ins as needed. All permitted, all to code.

08

Most kitchen renovations run 4–10 weeks depending on scope. A focused refresh typically takes 4–6 weeks. A full gut with layout reconfiguration and custom millwork usually runs 8–10 weeks. We give you a realistic timeline at scope — not an optimistic one.
Not always. For a full gut, most homeowners find it more comfortable to relocate for the first 2–3 weeks of demolition and rough-in. We're transparent about this at the start so you can plan ahead. We protect non-renovation areas with dust barriers and keep the site clean.
Yes. We work with trade accounts at several local suppliers and can introduce you to our cabinet maker, stone yard, and tile showroom. You're welcome to source your own materials too — we'll coordinate delivery timing and inspect everything on arrival.
If the scope includes structural work, plumbing relocation, or electrical panel changes, a permit is required and we pull it. For cosmetic-only scopes, permits generally aren't required — but we'll confirm this for your specific municipality at the consult stage.
Every line item: labour, materials, trades, permit fees, and disposal, so you see exactly what you're paying for and why. If something unexpected comes up during demolition, we document it and bring it to you with costs before any extra work begins. No silent surprises.
