Before we break ground, we walk you through every part of the renovation: materials, labour, trades, permits, and disposal, so you know exactly what you're paying for and why.

When that happens, we stop, document it, and show you what we found before any extra work begins. You decide how to proceed with full information, not a surprise line on the final invoice.
